Molecular dynamics simulations

Under Professor Khac Thai Minh, I worked on computational drug discovery of bacterial efflux-pump inhibitors. Efflux pumps allow bacteria to remove toxins and can contribute to antibiotic resistance.

I used molecular-dynamics simulation and Python workflows for virtual screening and analysis. The work led to two co-authored journal publications.
